Forest Lake Estates is located at 6834 Summerset Court in Lincoln NE. Our Homeowner's Association was established in 1984. Our neighborhood consists of 68 homes and/or townhouses. Forest Lake Estates Homeowner's Association's (FLEHA) amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, a beautiful clubhouse and a fish stocked lake.

Forest Lake Estates' lake and grounds and all other amenities are only open to Forest Lake Estates Homeowner's Association residents and their guests. All guests must be accompanied by a resident.

Our Board of Directors are elected by the neighborhood for a two year term. We have monthly board meetings, normally on the second Tuesday of each month and an annual meeting in the fall.
